Delivery & Shipping
1. Is there any kind of shipping fee charged?
Yes, usually we charge a nominal fee for shipping. But currently, we are offering FREE Shipping.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery duration depends upon the destination. Approximately, orders in India are delivered within 3-5 business days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once you place an order on our website, you will be receiving alerts/updates via SMS as well as Email along with the tracking ID.
4. What are the payment methods available?
At the moment, we accept all Debit/Credit cards along with Net Banking, UPI and popular mobile wallets. We also offer COD across India with Free Shipping
5. Is COD available?
Yes, COD is available across India. All the payment for the orders shall be made either through online mode or COD
6. Can I change my address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the address once the order is placed. We are working on making our systems agile and flexible. We will notify you once we have this additional feature.
7. What happens when I submit an incorrect address?

8. What is One-time purchase and Subscription?
One time purchase is where you buy the product only once and it ends there, subscription is where you get the product either on weekly or month basis without the hassle of coming up to the website and placing the order over and over again.
9. How does subscription work?
Your card will be linked to our website when you select a subscription plan, depending upon your plan, weekly or monthly, it will be charged automatically.

11. How long will I get a product if I the pick weekly plan?
Under the weekly plan, you will get the product every week for 12 months from the date of your first subscription.
12. Can I change my subscription plan?
Currently, modification of subscription plan is not possible.
13. Within how many days will I get my package after subscription to either weekly or monthly plan?
All shipments will get delivered within 5-7 days, ( for example : you have subscribed on 1st January for a weekly plan on Monday, Every Monday the products will be shipped to you and reach to you within 5-7 days, the same for Monthly, if you have subscribed on 1st January, Every 1st of each month for 12 months, the products will be shipped to you and reach with 5-7 days )

Refunds & Cancellation
1. Can I cancel my order?
You may raise a cancellation request. However, once shipped, no orders can be cancelled.
2. How can I return my product?
Currently, we have a no return policy. Although, we do accept returns if the products delivered are tampered with. You may send an email to us with attached photos/videos of the damaged bottles
3. If I cancel my prepaid order, when would I receive the refund?
Once the cancellation request is approved by us, the refund would be processed within 2-4 business days.
4. What do I do when I get tampered/damaged goods?
We take these matters very seriously. We request you to send us an Email along with attached photos/videos as proof to email@example.com. Once our team verifies the proof sent, you would receive a refund or a replacement for the damaged products.
5. How can I cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, kindly raise a cancellation request which will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days
